Kayla Vawter, Community Manager

Kayla Vawter serves as the Community Manager for Walden Shores, bringing 8 years of experience in the Manufactured Home Industry. Originally from Montana, Kayla was raised in Sebring where she currently resides with her husband and son. Kayla began her manufactured housing career with Legacy Communities as an administrative assistant quickly advancing through the ranks. Over the years, she earned several promotions, ultimately becoming a regional manager, where she oversaw 17 communities across Florida. Kayla is excited to contribute her extensive knowledge and passion for the industry to enhance the resident experience and foster a strong, vibrant community.

Jodi Susco, Regional Operations Manager

Jodi Susco the Regional Operations Manager is originally from Minnesota and has been with Rickert Properties for over 19 years. Jodi loves to read books, spend time with family & friends, and cares for the resident’s furry friends by carrying treats in her golf cart! We are happy to have Jodi aboard our Rickert Properties team as she does an exceptional job in keeping the community looking fantastic.

Gerald Buss, Office Administrator

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Gerald brings over 30 years of experience in the retail industry, having worked with various companies across North and South Carolina. In 2012, he made the move to Fort Lauderdale, where he transitioned into property management, working with an apartment complex. In 2020, Gerald and his partner were married, and in 2022, they settled into their new home in the Walk and Water Community in Lake Wales. Outside of work, Gerald enjoys spending time in his garden, relaxing by the swimming pool, and caring for his four beloved dogs.
