Our beautiful clubhouse overlooks the pool, spa, and Lake Walk-In-Water, and gives you a wealth of recreational and social opportunities. This 8,000 square foot structure has a full
kitchen for banquets, socials and potluck dinners, a library, fitness center, billiard room, and multi-purpose room for games, cards, crafts, etc. Activities at the clubhouse include dancing, arts and crafts, game night, grill night, bridge, shuffleboard, and aqua aerobic classes. Located near the clubhouse are shuffleboard and tennis courts and a horseshoe pit.
There are two championship golf courses within ten minutes of Walden Shores.
The Indian Lakes Golf Course, designed by George W. Cobb, is developed around beautiful lakes and scenic wooded areas. The facility also offers a par 3 executive course and a practice area with driving range. The Oakwood Golf Course is a Carl Letten-designed, 18-hole, rolling course with many curves and slopes, making it the most challenging course in the area. You’ll improve your game on this classic course.
And of course, there’s always boating and the unbelievable fishing in Lake Walk-In-Water.
